At Casa Cosenza, we reject mass-produced shortcuts. Every ribbon of tagliolini, pillowy pocket of lobster ravioli, and tender gnocchi is prepared from scratch every single day using imported Italian "00" flour, farm-fresh eggs, and culinary reverence.
Our house mozzarella is curd-stretched and hand-shaped every morning. Our breads are baked fresh daily, and our rich gelatos churned in-house. We passionately support local Florida seafood captains and organic farms, harmonizing them with Italian D.O.C.G. wines, aged balsamic vinegars, and San Marzano tomatoes.
